This is a quick healthy snack that tastes really good. A pinch of himalayan salt really adds to the flavour.
What You Need
- 1 perfectly ripe avocado
- 1 piece of whole grain toast
- 1 pinch of himalayan salt
What To Do
(1) Toast the bread
(2) Scoop out the avocado and mash it on the toast using the back of a fork
(3) Add a pinch of himalayan salt (don't skip this step)
